Biography

Sarah Johnson is an American pastry chef who trained under Alice Waters at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California. She currently leads pastry development for both the Spring restaurant in London and Heckfield Place in Hampshire. Her first cookbook, Fruitful: Sweet and Savoury Fruit Recipes Inspired by Farms, Orchards and Gardens, is out now in the UK, and will be released in the USA and Australia 28 of May 2024. The book is a tribute to fruit, guiding readers on how to source, cook, and enjoy fruit in a variety of sweet and savory recipes throughout the year.
